TERMS:
Client must be  "under contract" with the seller to buy a home or property. There must be strict contingencies in the contract leaving no option to back out once Closing Disclosure is received. Attorney must include in the closing documents a promissory notation that Laen Property Group will be paid agreed contracted amount. Proof of this contract will be needed for work to commence.
